The ADTRAN NetVanta 3450 router is re-purpose friendly and designed primarily to provide WAN extensions while enhancing speeds and guaranteeing the reliability of voice\data crossover services. With two swappable interface slots, supporting up to four T1s of bandwidth, you get a lot of options in usage. With dual Fast Ethernet outputs, it is great for broadband access when necessary.

The key to the NetVanta 3450 success is the ADTRAN RapidRoute technology at its heart. It makes packet-routing decisions more quickly, and with fewer CPU cycles, than other comparable routers. This leaves plenty of system resources for Voice Quality Monitoring, QoS optimization, NAT translation, and other resource-intensive processes without lag or slowdown.

The NetVanta 3450 is fully compatible with all DIM and NIM modules up to T1, giving it superior flexibility. The onboard firewall keeps the unit safe, with stateful inspection abilities protecting against DDOS attacks.
