Ease of use is a high priority for Aruba.  While their switches do include CLI access, they are designed around Aruba's powerful Aruba Central cloud system.  This gives you go-anywhere access to your network via cloud services, with the help of a robust GUI.  The Aruba Central system supports zero-touch deployment with standardized user-defined security, as well as including LLDP support for easily identifying and setting up Unified Communications devices.

UC support is further solidified with robust QoS and smart bandwidth prioritization services.  The 2540 series supports up to eight separate priority levels with their own queues, with Class of Service IP-based prioritization also supported.  Even in periods of peak activity, large buffers keep congestion to a minimum.  

From Aruba Central, you'll also have total oversight of your network, backed up by app-aware software.  Full real-time dashboards as well as historical reporting data are available.  It's never been easier to keep track of your network's usage.

Aruba places a high emphasis on security as well, with RADIUS/TACACS+ support, access control lists, role-based access policies, both port- and MAC-based filtering, and more.  As with everything else on the 2540 switch, the centralized GUI makes it simple to keep your network safe.
