Designed for use in even harsh weather environments, Aruba AP-365 wireless access points can take 802.11ac Wave 2 WiFi anywhere - and at a price point which won't break your upgrade budget.
The AP-356 Access point features both 5ghz and 2.4ghz radios along with MU-MIMO access that allow for more concurrent users without network slowdown. Combined, they can deliver a theoretical maximum 1.3Gbps of throughput, while consistently using smart systems to juggle spectrum usage and user radio assignments to maximize performance at all times. Smart roaming features allow your employees or guests to move throughout an Aruba outdoor WiFi environment seamlessly, without ever losing their connection.
Additionally, they incorporate Bluetooth radios for Bluetooth beacon support - which can be invaluable for keeping track of your users in large outdoor environments. Further, some or all of their radios can be configured to monitor the local RF spectrum for usage or potential intrusion.
Their ruggedized cases are rated at IP66/67 for environmental survivability, and are capable of working at temperatures from -40° C to +55° C (-40° F to +131°F), or even in direct sunlight. They're proofed against both rainwater and seawater, allowing them to function in all but the most extreme outdoor environments on earth.
The AP-365 utilizes omni-directional antennas. If you would prefer higher-gain directional antennas, the AP-367 model variation is otherwise identical.
As with all Aruba APs, you get unprecedented flexibility in how you deploy them: Controlled, or controller-less, as part of a secure mesh network, or even as a dedicated analysis and wireless security device. Aruba WiFi hardware is designed to be as flexible as possible, allowing you to see better ROI through extended repurpose-ability.
For great all-around outdoor 802.11ac Wave 2 WiFi access, it's hard to beat the Aruba AP-365. To learn more about the benefits of Aruba networking, contact Hummingbird Networks!
