Powered by Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be) technology, the Cisco CW9177D utilizes a tri-radio, tri-band architecture operating across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequency bands. Supporting up to 12 spatial streams, the access point delivers exceptional throughput, lower latency, and improved capacity for high-density outdoor environments while preparing your network for the future of enterprise wireless.
Unlike omnidirectional access points, the CW9177D's integrated directional antennas are optimized to focus wireless signals over greater distances, making it an excellent solution for outdoor corridors, stadium seating, parking areas, industrial yards, building-to-building coverage, and other applications requiring targeted RF performance.
Enterprise features include Cisco CleanAir® Pro for proactive RF interference mitigation, integrated Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), built-in GNSS/GPS for Automated Frequency Coordination (AFC), Ultra Reliable Wireless Backhaul (URWB) support, and both 10 Gigabit Multigigabit Ethernet and 10G SFP+ fiber uplinks for maximum deployment flexibility.
