OM4-Rated for 40/100 Gb Ethernet Applications
The N845B-01M-12-MG OM4 MPO to MPO Fiber Patch Cable is a 1-meter patch cable that supports 40/100 Gb Ethernet speeds and is designed for high-density connections between network equipment in telecommunication rooms and data centers. With 2 MTP/MPO connections, this OM4-rated Multimode fiber optic cable allows IT professionals to extend the length of their connection and eliminate the need for long fan-out cables or individual long duplex cable runs. The Base-8 fiber cable is compatible with both QSFP+ 40GBASE-SR4 and QSFP28 100GBASE-SR4 connections and backward compatible with existing 50/125 fibers.
MTP/MPO Connectors without Push/Pull Tabs
The 12-fiber MTP/MPO connectors are about the same size as SC connectors, but are 12x denser, freeing up circuit card and rack space for other cables. This fiber cable is also 100% tested for insertion loss and back reflection testing on every connector and attenuation loss that meets or exceeds current standards.
Error-Free Signal Transfer
Backward compatible with existing 50/125 fiber, the N845B-01M-12-MG has 50/125 duplex glass fiber construction, as well as a LSZH jacket for connecting high-speed network components in ceilings, walls and ducts.
