One-year basic service contract including one annual major preventive maintenance visit performed during evening or weekend hours, one annual minor preventive maintenance visit performed during evening or weekend hours for SMARTONLINE 208-volt SV Series 3-phase modular UPS and domestically sold SMARTONLINE 400-volt SVX Series 3-phase modular UPS including internal battery strings plus one additional battery cabinet, and one year on-site "break/fix" warranty service, 24-by-7 basis for UPS power module only for locations within the 48 contiguous states.
Excludes replacement batteries. Additional charges apply for additional battery cabinets. PREREQUISITE: Purchase of Tripp Lite startup service at time of UPS suite activation or preventive maintenance service and correction of out-of-specification conditions at customer expense prior to activation of warranty renewal.
