The GC500L features a lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide battery (NMC) that provides pure sine wave battery power to essential electronics in industrial and enterprise applications. A clean, quiet alternative to gas- or diesel-powered generators, this portable power station is ideal for locations where utility power is unreliable or unavailable, such as construction sites, workshops, fleet trucks and field medical sites.
Two NEMA 5-15R AC outlets (120 V), four 5.5 mm DC outputs (9-12.6 V 10 A), a CLA (cigarette lighter) output, two universal USB-A ports (5 V 3.1 A), one Quick Charge (QC) 3.0 USB-A and one QC 3.0 USB-C port power and charge a variety of equipment, including auxiliary lighting, power tools and pumps, appliances, computers and printers, fans, heaters, even a coffee maker and toaster for quick energy on the job. QC options can charge your compatible smartphone or tablet up to four times faster than conventional USB ports over a 5 V-9 V 2 A range.
The GC500L provides up to 500 watts of backup power (or emergency backup power) that can be used on job sites or in work trucks. Built-in short-circuit and overpower protection helps keep your connected devices safe. Side cooling vents deliver outside air that prevents internal overheating. The NMC batteries can be charged and discharged more than 1000 times before capacity begins to wane. For your convenience, batteries can be charged in three different ways: a standard AC wall outlet using the included AC adapter, a vehicle's CLA connector using the included adapter or a user-supplied solar panel.
A built-in fold-down handle makes it easy for you to carry the GC500L wherever needed. Because the portable power station is battery-powered, unlike a gas generator, it requires no ventilation and can be used indoors. The portable power station weighs just 14.3 pounds (6.5 kilograms).
