A NETGEAR ProSAFE M4300-28G-PoE+ with 550W PSU is a feature-packed multipurpose switch that's ready for a wide variety of deployments at the network core, edge, or even secondary office-level access use.
The NETGEAR M4300-28G-PoE+ includes twenty-four GbE ports, with two 10-Gigabit Ethernet and two 10-Gigabit fiber uplinks. All Ethernet ports feature full PoE+ capabilities. With the included 550W PSU, there's a maximum 480W PoE power budget. By adding a second modular PSU, that can be boosted to 720W for high-powered downstream appliances.
While the M4300-28G-PoE+ can work standalone, it excels in stacked applications. This 24 port PoE Switch allows for physical stacking, and support for a variety of topographies including ring and spine-and-leaf means it's ready for many different deployment types. All M4300 models can be mixed into stacks. This is further enhanced with non-stop forwarding virtual chassis technologies for superior virtual stacking across distributed organizations. Advanced failover technologies allow continuity of service, even in the face of hardware failure.
